Core Update

Holiday Classes Schedule

December 24th, there will be one TBT class at 8am with Demi.  There will be no class Christmas Day.  However, regularly scheduled Boot Camp will take place Saturday the 26th at 8am with Isui.  Also, there will be no Total Body Training on New Year's Day.  However, Hope and Pam are hosting a New Years Boot Camp that is offered to you and all your friends.  What better way to bring in the new year than with some sweat and a rockin workout.  Plus, for those of us who overindulged the night before this will be a great way to rejuvenate ourselves :)

Congrats Fit Body Challenge Winner - Suzanne Chaffin!

After a rough 14 weeks of Core's Fit Body Challenge - Hot for the Holidays, Suzanne Chaffin took first place. She lost a total of 17.6 lbs, 5.2% Body Fat and 20.5 inches! She fought her way through Thanksgiving and holiday treats and came out on top! Suzanne took home a $1,000 Cash Prize, a hair cut, color, style, custom tan, and professional make-up application by Thu Arnold from Visage Salon and Day Spa, Zoom teeth whitening courtesy of Dr. Wainwright, DDS and a professional after photograph by Corrie Traxler!

Yoga and Kickboxing Now at Core

Group Fitness Calendar

Try a different take on group fitness. Friday, November 20 at 9:30am, we'll be having a kick off to our new classes with a kickboxing/yoga demo. Enjoy a heart-pumping 30 minutes of intense kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of yoga. Come and enjoy the complimentary fun, food, fitness, and prizes. Be sure to bring and friend. Register for the Austin Half Marathon and Train with Run Club

The Austin Half Marathon is a great race for first timers and veterans looking to set a PR. The downtown course was rated one of the fastest courses in 2008. Not only will the Austin weather be humid-free and perfectly chilly in February, but you will also enjoy the beautiful scenery of downtown Austin. Plus experience the reason for the "Keep Austin Weird" slogan. If you're ready to go the full 13.1 miles, we invite you to register for this race and train with the Core Fitness Runners to help get you there. We've got the perfect 10 week plan that will gradually build your body and mind to running 13.1 miles.
