As a Boot Camp instructor, my objectives are to emphasize physical endurance and body shaping. My goals are to promote and explain to others the importance of exercise and how it is the "Backbone" of overall wellness. My classes consists of 60 minutes of agility, strength, cardiovascular endurance and plyometrics. My main purpose is to have clients take their training and fitness goals to the next level.
Fredrick has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Physiology from Sul Ross State University and 8 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Stephanie Reed - 5AM Boot Camp Instructor M-F
Stephanie is a Cooper Institute, certified Physical Fitness Specialist who studies her client's lifestyle and personality to implement and maintain changes that will bring about their personal fitness and lifetime goals. She has been a trainer for 6 years and also is an AFFA certified Primary Group Instructor who teaches bootcamp, kickboxing, strength and other group fitness classes and is a certified spinning trainer. Stephanie's training style is to go hard and strong the whole time. She pushes her clients to their max and gives them a good, balanced workout every time.
